View Full Version : Green Anoles grooving in P.aurea - Texas/USA

Anoles spend a lot of time chasing each other up and down our the drying bamboo poles. This year they were very very plentiful in our grove of golden bamboo (Phyllostachy aurea) I think it may have been because we had a very mild previous winter.

Now it's winter again, and no anoles are to be seen.
They're burrowed in the bamboo leaf litter, waiting for spring...
