Making bamboo tables and other crafts?

i just bought a house four months ago, and have been really busy with it,
i have also have been trying making stuff out of wood like this bear totum pole, which isnt finished.
i just acquired some bamboo and would like to try making a table and other crafts out of it. If any one has a link on how to build a table out of bamboo it would be much appreciated.

There are some books which have bamboo joinery details...will have to look them up ...
What kind of bamboo do you have? locally grown?
Did you have a table design in mind or just general info?

Re: your carved bear pic ... it's a bit off topic for our forums, however, I appreciate your enthusiasm and for sharing your woodcrafting interests with us.
Now, if you could just get some bamboo into the pic that would be different!

Then if you made a small, medium and large bamboo bed you could set up a bamboo bed n' breakfast and invite Goldilocks and the three bears over for some porridge!
