Literature on Bamboos of Thailand (Siam)?

If anyone can help me I could use some direction. I'm doing a master's thesis in Bangkok, Thailand on Bamboo research and I'm trying to get my hands on some materials in English. Does anyone know where I can get a copy or view a copy of the 1968 booklet by W.C. Lin titled "Bamboos of Thailand (Siam)"?

I've found it very difficult to get this and am looking for any help.
