Hello!
I've had my "lucky bamboo" for about 4-5 years now. She started out real small and has grown to be big enough to where I could no longer keep it on my desk.
Just recently her leaves started to turn yellow and when I changed the pot, there was a strong moldy smell. So I washed her, trimmed the rotten roots and changed the water. I changed the water again the next week just to be sure and before long she came back healthy again. She even started growing another separate branch!
Today, however, I looked at the bottom of the glass pot and saw the the water and stones are again turning black. Can anyone help me determine what the problem is?? She's in a bigger pot with new stones. I'd hate to lose her after all this time!
I attached some pictures...
