3wks ago i transplanted 3 large bam.root balls 24" by24" or so.two of the planties have the clums and 45ft up to the canopy. one has the ball and the clum cut off 6"s up. i live in eastern n.c. maybe zone 8? marine type weather type of bam. was reported to be from viet nam old groth diameter3" plus. may be timber type i got it from a grove that has been growing for 35yrs. what may i expect? when spring comes do i get large copies from the 2 45" trees and shorter copies from the 6" clum and root ball. any ideas or experence in the matter later mike
