Here a couple views of some Guitar Pendants or Key Holders.

I cut them out with a scroll saw.
Engraving - a bit attached to a flexable shaft connected to a rotary tool.
Painted with acrylic paint.
Sealed with acrylic (water-based) satin varnish
Another way to make use of scraps!
