I have 5 varieties planted, Moso, Golden, Palm, a variety of black and one that I don't really know what, sorry that I don't know the scientific names. The Moso has been in the ground for about 7 yrs. and this spring had some about 4 in diameter and 30-35 ft tall. I know that you need to wait about 3yrs before harvesting but what to do with them once harvested, are there any workshops in SE Louisiana area.
