Hello all,

In the recent past, I sent some messages to this forum, but for some reason, I am not receiving any responses. Are there people on this forum interested in helping others who have questions about the so-called "Lucky Bamboo?" For example, all throughout the Internet, one can find information as to how to "curl" the Lucky Bamboo, but there is little to no information as to how to "get" a live shaft that can be curled! Again, for an example, if one buys a shaft from an outlet, that specific shaft "cannot be curled." So, I am wondering if the "new shoots" coming out of my existing shafts can be curled? Will these new shoots "turn into" shafts eventually? Otherwise, why tell people how to curl these things if no one can buy them to curl?

Thanks,

mea505@cox.net

Hello mea505
Since Lucky Bamboo is not really a bamboo - the interest in this plant at this forum is more 'nil'.

However, here is a link to a previous post about twisiting Lucky Bamboo that might be helpful to you:
