Best books for bamboo construction

I'm looking for a few books to help me with bamboo construction. Does anybody have suggestions? I'm living in Thailand, so something related to Asia/Southeast Asia would be good, but I'm sure there's helpful stuff from other parts of the world as well.

Specifically I'd like to learn more about joinery and structural components such as trusses. One publication I'm very interested in is the BAMBOO PRESERVATION COMPENDIUM.
