Planting near timber bamboo

Wondering what is recommended for planting almond trees near timber bamboo. Any suggestions with how far from the bamboo or other tips is appreciated. Cheers!

Which species of bamboo are you planning on planting?
Runners or clumpers?

I have never seen a large almond tree so if they need alot of sun light you might want to plant the bamboo behind the tree from the sun so both get sun light. Thats if your planting a timber species.
