Planted 18 seeds of both Timor and Buddah around July first, not sure of the exact date. Yesterday I had 4 sprouts just coming up. Hoping for a high germination rate.

Clint, here's a thread (http://www.bamboocraft.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2331) in Bamboo Sources Wanted with some seed sources.
I expect it will be inevitable that some domestically grown bamboo seeds (in the US) will become available in the near future and we should come up with a seed exchange for members when this happens.

These seem to grow a bit slower than my other bamboo. They are about 2in tall, while my timor which is in the same trough is 3 times taller. all looking healthy though.

These are growing faster than my moso as well, but the leaves are generally smaller. These however are about half the size of my timor black which is of the same age. about half of these are now sending up new sprouts.

Within 2 days of watering all of my bamboo turned a light yellow and is dead.

2 of the buddah belly plants had leaves that had green patches in the middle but the rest of the plant was dead. They were not moved and were receiving the same amount of sun they had been getting for the past 2-3 months.
