Oscar Hidalgo-Lopez has just completed his great book: Bamboo The Gift Of the Gods
He has published only 3,000 copies and they are in English. This book is the result of his life's work in research on the many ways to use bamboo and especially affordable bamboo housing for the poor of the world. This great man had to publish this book himself so it is essential that we attempt to support him and his work. If anyone is interested, I have signed copies of his book available.

I've read it from start to finish, but I need to read it again 5 times over!
