Can anyone help with advice on making simple sake cups from bamboo? Do I need to finish the inside - or just scrub it?

I use epoxi enamel, non toxic, used for many food industries.
Is somehow hard to prepare and apply, but is washable and sure.
Brand here in Argentina is Steel-kote
