P. aurea leaf discoloration? (Answer - Rust)

These are ph.aurea leafs with brown spots ( both sides)
Any idea what this is? See Attachments

It's very diffucult to find any info about this rust but I think it's called ...

It seems to hang out on the lower leaves and where there is deeper shade and greater humidity levels.
I have no idea how to control it.
In our large grove of P. aurea it has never really been a big problem as these lower more shaded leaves drop off.

Thanks These don't affect many of my plants but I was a little worried. So I can live with it.
