Hi Nadine,
Without a pic it's not possible to know whether it's ...
a friend - a predatory spider making your plant it's home.
or foe - spider mites feeding off the leaves of your plant.
Are these critters causing any spotting or yellowing of leaves?
Lucky Bamboo, Dracaena sanderiana is not a bamboo and I'm not familiar with it's pests, but doing a search finds that spider mites can become a serious problem on Lucky Bamboo if they are not kept in check.
Here's Google images of ... Spider mites (http://images.google.com/images?q=spider+mites)
Spider mites are tiny, so some of the pics are highly magnified.
The standard remedy is to regularly wash/spray the leaves with water to help remove any mites ...
Additionally insecticidal soaps, or sudsy dishwater strength soapy water suffocates the bugs ... rinse off with plain water.
You may need to repeat this at weekly intervals if the problem persists.
Hope this helps,
Mark

Oops, I had no idea that the lucky bamboo is not a bamboo ;o0
No, they look different than on the pictures (black, very tiny, no legs)...I went to a local store and they suggested rubbing alcohol mixed with water ????
I will also try the soap...
hope that will help
thanks a lot
