A photo category - Harvesting Bamboo / Grove Management ( http://www.bamboocraft.net/bamboo/showgallery.php?cat=662) has also been started at Gallery Bamboo Flora for photos which will be linked to Thread topics in this forum.

It is not easy to define bamboo topics into specific categories, as issues often overlap.
This topic is a good example that encompasses growing, processing and working with bamboo.
For this reason we must allow some flexibility to discuss these topics in other forums at the site.
Most importantly, growing, working with and using bamboo are each very much interconnected, and maintaining and harvesting bamboo serves to connect our interests of bamboo the plant to it's many versatile uses.
