In 2002, the bamboo industry has achieved an outstanding turnover of 37 billion RMB( Chinese currency), and export volume is as high as 600 million US Dollars. Since people pay more attention to the environment protection, cultivation and processing of bamboo draws high attention of governments at all levels. Besides, the products of bamboo have been sold over the world, the future market and demand are very promising.

The market of bamboo products is developing tremendously fast, as very important characteristic of this exhibition, the organization committee will invite specialists to give speeches to the audience, any enterprise, which business is related to the bamboo products, can also apply to give a speech, the theme can be freely chosen, the only precondition: the topic must be related to the bamboo industry, the applicant should apply prior the beginning of the exhibition 20 days and submit the content to the symposium, after the approbation of the sponsors can be held. The symposium or( seminar) is restricted to the 1.5 hours, the charging fee is 5800 yuan (RMB), the sponsors will provide special trained work force, compound and necessary utilities.

b. A short presentation of the enterprise will be printed on the brochure, issued by the sponsors (free of charge).
c. Possibilities of the presentation of the products in the exhibition,
d. Providing assistance in seeking accommodation, transportation facilities, tourism service and so on…
e. Providing service in designing and arranging the exhibition booth.
Booth size and rent fee ( the booths with 2 open sides will be charged with an additional fee of 20%)

Application procedures
a. After filling out the formula and affixing us a seal we’ll fax the application formula to the organization committee. Based on “who’s first, who gets the better arrangement” principle we will proceed your application.
b. Within 5 days after the confirmation of your application please pay deposit of 50% of the total to the organization committee. Otherwise, the booth won’t be guaranteed. Once the application will be confirmed, the exhibiter cannot withdraw the application. Only with the permission of organization’s committee the exhibition fee can be refunded. The organization committee has the final right of booth’s adjustment.
c. The principle of allotment is application—payment—arrangement.
d. After paying all the fees, please fax the money order to the organization committee. We’ll prepare the invoice for you in time.
e. The organization committee will send the exhibition brochure to all the participants.
